When will my SNAK PACK arrive?

This all depends on whether you've ordered a monthly or bi-monthly (twice monthly) box. 

Monthly subscriptions are despatched on the 24th of each month, Please allow up to 5 working days to arrive. Subscriptions started before the 16th of the current month will be received the same month.

For example, subscriptions started Sep 17th - Oct 16th will be despatched on Oct 24th. 

Bi-monthly subscriptions are despatched on the 10th and 24th of each month, and can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Subscriptions started between:

  • 6th - 15th will be despatched in the 24th. Please allow up to 5 working days to arrive.
  • 16th (previous month) - 1st (following month) will be despatched on the 10th. Please allow up to 5 working days to arrive.

For example: 

Subscriptions started Sep 16th - Oct 1st will be despatched on Oct 10th. The second pack will then be despatched on Oct 24th.  Whereas, subscriptions started Oct 6th - Oct 15th will be despatched on Oct 24th. The next pack would then be despatched on Nov 10th.

One-off orders (Gift Vouchers and one-off boxes) will be billed immediately and despatched within 3-5 working days. Electronic orders such as gift vouchers will be sent via email within 24 hours of the order confirmation being recieved.  


When will I be charged for my SNAK PACK?

Subscription renewals take place place on: 

  • 1st of the month for monthly subscriptions.
  • 5th and 18th for bi-monthly renewals. 

When you subscribe you will be charged immediately and entered into the current billing period. Proceeding payments will fall in line with the next delivery cycle. For example, bi-monthly subscriptions started on Sept 10th would be charged immediately for the current period and the next renewal would be on the 5th of the following month. 


How do I cancel my subscription?

Whilst we hate to see you leave, we understand that it happens from time-to-time. To cancel your subscription, login to your account, navigate to your activate subscription (on the left-hand menu) and click cancel. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have cancelled. 

Please note that once a subscription is renewed, an order has been placed. The cancellation will then take effect from the proceeding months. 


Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, login to your account, navigate to your addresses and select 'Edit' or 'Add an Address' depending on your aim.

Please note that once the cut-off date has passed (16th for monthly subscriptions. 1st and 15th for bi-monthly subscriptions) your SNAK PACK will be sent to the address stored prior to the cut-off period. 


Can I change my subscription?

Yes, login to your account, navigate to your activate subscriptions and click the new product you wish to change to.

Please note that once the cut-off date has passed (16th for monthly subscriptions. 1st and 15th for bi-monthly subscriptions.), your subscribed product will remain the same until the next cycle.


Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, login to your account, navigate to your activate subscription and select the option to skip your next delivery.

Please note that once the cut-off date has passed (16th for monthly subscriptions. 1st and 15th for bi-monthly subscriptions.), your subscription will have entered preparation and cannot be changed.


    What is your shipping policy?

    Our shipping policy is as follows:

    DOMESTIC (UK) - All monthly and weekly subscriptions are inclusive of P&P. One-off orders and trial purchases will display the shipping costs at the checkout. 

    INTERNATIONAL - Currently we only ship to the UK.


    Are your products gluten free?

    All of our products clearly state their ingredients on their individual packaging. 

    Whilst we do not currently advertise 'Gluten Free Packs', many of our products are gluten free. Should you contact us before ordering we can advise you on what we can provide. 


    Do you partner with resellers?

    We are continually looking to grow our relationships with wholesale partners. Currently we offer exclusive schemes to Schools, Colleges, University's, Sport Facilities and Personal Trainers. However, we do are not restricted to these organisations and encourage you to contact us if you would like to become a wholesaler or reseller.

    We would value your support greatly in helping us grow our SNAK-ing community. As an incentive to current partners and resellers we offer:

    • A discount to all your customer and/or members. 
    • A reward scheme for for yourself based on the number of signups provided.
